Best advice I could give: is just be yourself and be authentic, they don't wanna see you try to imitate a gouge you read, they want to see you

The pandemic has completely disrupted the entire interview/hiring dynamic (for now).

Regional interview: do you have a pulse?
Major interview: do you have a pulse and 3, 000ish hours?

This type of video should be done under Liz or Megan's own youtube channel as they are presenting to their own clientele...they do present good content that is not meant for a flight school prospective...."after you get your ratings"
