How to bake perfectly flat cupcakes

Recipe for vanilla cupcakes:-

180g Stork
180g Caster Sugar
3 Medium Free Range Eggs
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
180g Self Raising Flour

Cupcake tins
Cupcake cases

Bake on 170c fan for 20-22 mins (rotate tins half way through if your oven has a hot spot)
