New concept of self-love is a mind body concept. But you cannot fall in love with yourself since you are love. There is only one in you, merge your mind with it and you will experience what love is. You will become it❤

I think of romantic love as a vibration. We attract those who resonate with our vibration and that's why it just clicks. There are no conditions as for why we love them, we just do.
I love my cat without knowing why I do so. I just do. ❤

I totally agree that the concept of self-love is so diluted at times.But I learned it from so many different places, from spiritual teachers to therapists and for me it is about accepting yourself and getting on your side not by excusing yourself but understanding and taking accountability where it needs to be taken and compassion where it needs to be given. Only when we don't have that judgement against self we are able to stay open to love whether towards self or others.Just my opinion and thank you for this interview 🙏 ❤

interesting refreshing view of unconditional love to self. Anyone have any other example on how to view yourself after 18 yrs old and replace the "it's your Job" sentence gently? (while can understand in concept form..am nt exactly there yet to be able to use that sentence to qns back myself when negative stuff happens and questioning myself.. leading to shift in pov) tia!
