If a food has more than a few ingredients on the label it's junk. Eating fresh meat and occasionally some dairy products is the absolute best way for a healthy body and mind. I wish everyone would just try it and then without a doubt they would see the benefits !

In the late 40/50s, after WW2, we ate fat from the grill on bread for lunch. No breakfast. And a piece of red meat for dinner. Chicken and home made ice cream at Xmas only. Veges only if they grew outside. Nothing was packaged. If we wanted a biscuit we had to go to the store and buy broken biscuits for 2c (2d then). Boy has life changed. Going back to a carnivore diet at 77 is an adventure.
