Creating Trauma Informed Child Welfare Organizations

This October 6, 2020 webinar, hosted by the Western Regional Children's Advocacy Center and OJJDP's NTTAC, was the second in a series of three webinars for professionals working with Children’s Advocacy Centers that focused on the effects of trauma on children and a trauma-informed approach to caring for children and families that have experienced trauma. This webinar helped build skills for professionals working with children that have experienced trauma and introduce terminology related to trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
