Ukraine conflict continues: BBC News Review

War in Ukraine. By air, land, and sea, Russia has launched a devastating attack on Ukraine, a European democracy of 44 million people, and its forces are on the outskirts of the capital, Kyiv.

Many of my clients, colleagues and students are from Ukraine. They flee their country to save their lives. Not much help do they get apart from Moldova and Poland (no point to hope for Russia and Belarus). They had to leave all their lives behind, their homes, elders, sometimes pets. I am a Cold War child and I remember this fear myself when I was younger.
