“Who will be at the Olympus of politics after losing the war?”

After years in exile, Lukashenko’s opponents lie in wait for Putin’s demise in Ukraine to see how this could provide an ‘opening’ for the fall of Europe’s last dictator.

Lukashenko is on borrowed time, to stay alive he must do as he is told.

Changes can only come from the people. Hopefully they are starting to wake from their sleep and get the country they dream of.

That is good news.I hope Belarus can free itself from the grip of Putin’s Russia.Putin needs to be expired, then hopefully Belarus can improve their democracy and Russia can quit occupying countries that don’t want to be occupied.

It's a crying shame if an outsider has to snip off Belaruses leadership. The Floating Fatman, Lukashenko could end his career tied upside down hanging ten feet in the air. The later Belarus gets rid of the Floating Fatman, the more damage will be done in the country. People need the juice to show up with more than flowers and silkscreen Tee shirts.

The writing was on the wall for Lukashenko the day Russian forces crossed into Ukraine, and he probably knew it. His exit plan will be well prepared, wont it ?

I see a problem with the introduction of the Wagner group in Belarus. I believe that Putin's allowing the Wagner group to leave Russia was to make sure that Lukashenko toed the line, and to be an obstacle for the opposition to come to power. Lukashenko thinks he's in control, but I think he bit off more than he can chew. Should Lukashenko suddenly drop dead, I can see Prigozhin stepping in.

I truly wish this wish is fulfilled, but Belorussian’s have a neighbor that can and will learn a lot. Bid your time, and cultivate neighboring countries as allies.

Right now Belarus is a vassal state. Any opposition will be crushed as before with Russia's help. So for Belarus as well as Ukraine it's vital Russia loses. I worry what havoc Wagner will reap in the meantime. I'm sure the Polish border is a distraction. Maybe they are they there to assure Lukashenko's compliance w/an order to march on Ukraine's northern border.
