Never have I thought as highly as I do now of the Polish people, your heart and compassion is overwhelming. Love from Vancouver BC to Ukraine and Poland.

They aren’t sanctions….they are “special economic operations.”

Well, had Ukraine fallen quickly, I would expect the world to look the other way. Then Ukrainians showed incredible resolve to defend their country.

I don’t think Putin thought that this invasion would garner this level of opposition from the Ukraine and other countries.

Now if the Afgan army fought like Ukraine we would have given them more weapons as well. It just goes too show you some countries are ready to be free while others can't figure it out.

In my view, the entire top Russia Govt should now be treated as a Criminal organisation and anyone supporting & has any connection tp this criminal organisation. must also be brought to justice all over the world. Any money & sized by the world should be held in escrow for the Russian people so that once this criminal organisation is destroyed. The money can be used to help the citizens of Russia who are also innocent victims just like the brave Ukrainian people.

If the Ukrainians can hold out a couple months, these sanctions would be effective…. When the soldiers, police and bureaucracy aren’t paid, we might see something happen.

Hyperinflation is just around the corner for Russia.

Well, it shows how well thought out this invasion was. Russia's soldiers and its people will have to bear the burden of cleaning up the mess that this demented despot with his paranoid psychopathic traits has created for them. In the end, it's the people of a country that have to bear the responsibility for their government and its choices in its foreign policy.

more and more trade should be cut off with Russia. Russian assets outside of Russia should all be seized without compensation. The Russian Ruble should be devalued 1000%. Western ports should be cut off to Russia indefinitely until all Russian forces are removed from Ukraine and Russia should be billed for repairing Ukraine. The longer this war goes on the worse it will be for Russian economy and for the Russian population. The depression will last in Russia for decades.
