I'll be honest. I had 2 bbls and I definitely do have very low self esteem. My husband use to tell me (prior to surgery) that I was not his ideal type physically and that he choose me for my personality. It cut me deep like a knife. I was already not very happy with my body and no gym would ever give me hips so I wanted to do anything I could to make him happy with me physically. I admit it was weak minded. I admit I would hate for my daughters to be weak minded like me in this area. What I learnt in the end is some men (my husband being one) will be happy for a few months with the change but will get bored. And no matter how much I improve myself he will always want variety and change. And this is a very hard and painful lesson to learn. But for me is my reality.

everyone knows a BBL is one of the riskiest surgeries you can get, it's definitely not considered a "minor procedure" lady needs to do better on her research..

The comments are annoying. Yes she CHOSE to have ELECTIVE surgery and YES THERE ARE RISKS... HOWEVER she deserves empathy. She's not unlike many insecure ppl who want to change something about their physical appearance. All of us have insecurities...some of us get surgery, some of us don't. She shouldn't had her life flipped upside down for trying to feel better about herself.
