This is one of the most dangerous plastic surgery procedures, dying rate is 1 in 300, chance of severe complications about 1 in 100. I am not sure why would this woman in her 40s want to make such a poor decision to have a big behind. Does it really matter for older women.

People don't seem to realize was how invasive and dangerous these surgies are and having the "perfect" body is NOT worth your life! If this is something that you feel strongly about do your research because you, I would think, dont want to put your life in the hands of someone who is a general practice MD and not a board certified plastic surgeon. Its not worth it to cut corners or cost when it comes to your health!! Hopefully she receives compensation because they definitely need to be held! accountable
