Had it done twice I don’t regret it and I’d definitely do it again. Mine was my own fat transferred to my hips because I couldn’t stand the hip dents. I workout daily and have always had a butt I just wanted specific areas filled out. And to be honest I don’t give a damn what anyone has to say nor their opinion about me. I paid for my stuff and no ones opinion matters long as I’m happy within myself and my life choices.

These doctors are very ignorant when it comes to this procedure notice he said black market trying to associate it with silicone injections. All plastic surgeries come with risks! They just don't like how particularly popular it is and the extreme results of the procedure . If youre a trained doctor you obviously know not to inject fat into the muscle and blood vessels they teach that in training. And in regards to fat injection its like filling a balloon or doing breast implants, you know when its getting to capacity these docs just dont like the aesthetics of a large butt.

There's risk of infection with all surgeries. And in most cases with BBL specifically infections mostly happen afterward from not taking proper care of incisions. There are post surgery masseuses that are reopening women's incisions or even from not washing your hands when dealing with incisions. And second it is possible to lose alot of blood. Especially if you dont have much to begin with. Thats when women find themselves needing blood transfusions and feeling fatigued and dizzy afterward. You have to raise your hemo afterward. The procedure itself has no higher risk than just plain liposuction. The same holes used for lipo are also used to reinject fat in the lower half.

With butt silicone injections (which are illegal) that's when you see women getting sick, butts exploding, lopsided lumpy butts, cancer risks etc. That's what's being displayed in headline news. Not to be confused with the BBL. Misguided misinformation is all I see. Oh and I love how they picked the most expensive doctor in the U.S. to describe his technique. He probably only does it 2 times a year.
