i've had a plantar wart on my foot for about seven years now, no treatment has ever worked for it. now, the infection has even spread to my fingers, but doctors in my country have stopped doing any sort of work involving warts and refuse to do anything to help. i'm not sure where to turn next, as its unfortunately a very embarrassing issue:(

6 years ago I got a wart on my index finger and my thumb. I followed the chemical treatment and I did that for a year with little to no success. I told my doctor, he said just keep doing it so I did it for another year. I had a plantar wart on the joint right behind the little toe on the side of my foot. The doctor cut and froze it three different times over about eight months. Since it still hurts there is a corn under the wart that needs to be surgically removed. I as referred to my podiatrist to surgically remove it. The joint is also painful so he may have to do surgery on the joint for the corn.

I want to remove it but I am so scared. This is my story: It actually started in my left ankle about 9 months back. So, I went to the doctor and She gave me Salicylic Acid. After treating it like about for 4 months the dead skin started popping upwards . After that I got 3 more warts in my left ankle in a chain structure. I also got a wart on my right hand Index finger. I have dozens of warts on both feet and some on my hands. I have been wearing hockey tape on one my right thumb for over a year. My plantar wart ended up spreading. I did cryotherapy for 3 months every 2 weeks and nothing is working. It's so painful. What can I do next? I've also asked the podiatrist for something oral because my immune system has been crap since having covid 3 times. Hey doc, I got this plantar warts months ago. I've been using salicylic acid on my warts and the surrounding skin falls off. You can visualize like the wart is being like a volcano or mountain wherein the wart is at the center. My dad cut off the wart. Is that a right thing to do? There's still a black dot and i'm afraid for it to comeback and start all over again and repeat like a unending cycle. Please help me, what should i do?
