I think if eating yogurt keeps you away from eating high fatty, sugary desserts then that’s a win. Sometimes you just gotta pick your battles.

One teaspoon of sugar isn't that bad. There's that much in a slice of Dave's bread, which he has recommended before.

Let's all agree that "sugar" in whatever form is far better of a choice than high fructose corn syrup, sucralose, aspartame or any other synthetically lab created sweetener. We all eat sugar so get over it and make smarter choices. Live life and be happy!

You’re looking at the wrong brands, Dannon Light and Fit has 2g added sugar. Oikos Pro has 0 added sugar and 20-25g of protein.

One teaspoon (4g) of sugar for a snack/desert is relatively little. We can’t all eat zero sugar. This video like many others go way overboard. It’s good he pointed out most of them have 7g or more of sugar which is a lot and makes it a desert.

You're specifically picking up sweet/dessert style yogurts. Obviously some yogurts have less sugar, some have more.
Just read the label and purchase whatever you're comfortable with

Grass fed is good, but my favorite is Fage Greek yogurt. I lived in Greece and this is what they eat and it’s delicious. They use plain yogurt and they drizzle real honey over it. It’s a little bitter and sweet. My favorite. I’ve never added Stevia but that might be good.

Some of these videos Bobby, are actually very depressing. I literally feel like just sitting in a corner eating absolutely nothing, only drinking highly purified water and breathing air and I would still feel guilty about that!.... 😑

I eat organic full fat Greek yogurt with a touch of honey, lemon zest & a few fresh blueberries. I prefer yogurt to be slightly sweet vs overly sweetened. Purchasing plain yogurt is also budget friendly. I like to use it for baking, & savory cooking as well.

Grass-fed has nothing to do with sugar. Even grass-fed can contain added sugar. Anything with a flavor and not labeled sugar-free is going to contain sugar.

I eat plain Greek yogurt which has 100calories and 17g of protein in it. I add a small amount of flavored Greek yogurt that has no added sugar for extra flavor.

This guy is way over the top. I can’t give my kid organic natural yogurt that has a little sugar in it? 🙄

This is the dilemma I used to have when I wanted get “healthy” flavored yogurt. There really isn’t healthy flavored yogurt in the American market. That’s why I just buy plain yogurt and add flavor at home without the added sugar.

“Raspberry sounds yummy, but when you have 9 grams of added sugar, even yummier”

I was expecting to be shown the ingredients of the grassfed ones, to see if there are added sugars or none... but they weren't shown. 😔
