Another tip don't go backwards if your falling go forwards and then you'll keep your balance

I remember learning this after falling 3 times and then after using an aid I got better my brother told me to bend my knees I’m glad I did😮‍💨

This lady told me to do this the first time I went ice skating and it really helped. She even offered me to put my hands on her shoulders for balance 😂
