So you are having a problem with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I will show you step by step on how to resolve the problem SSL Protocol Error. Make sure you check that your ISP is NOT blocking remote connections, if so, you will need to change the settings in you're router or account page.

"netsh int ip reset" & reboot, would be the first thing I would do when having strange network related problems on windows 10

Never experienced that SSL connection error but it could be that the government is blocking some questionable websites on a nationwide level or the ISP figures some websites are not safe.

Deleted all describe information in Browsers -> SSL Problems remaining
Deleting all Browsers and installing them new -> SSL problems remaining
Deleting all Certificate information in Windows and installing new root certificates --> SSL Problems remaining
Installing new Windows on formatted Partition ->> Now SSL connections are functioning again
Most of the time it is NOT a browser related problem as ALL installed browsers cannot connect via SSL.
Its related to broken SSL libraries in the windows system.
So ether you find the broken libraries and install them or install Windows new (Preferred)

When you open the hamburger menu in chrome, hope you don't get "managed by your organization" at the bottom because that happens all the time for me and no one can give a reliable way to get rid of it.

Before clearing browser data history/cache/recent history etc.. Take a screenshot of your *Top Site links* or they'll be lost, Firefox/Chrome Etc.. if you use that option. 🖖👍

I don't not recommend to disable ssl connection. Instead of we have to try another method like add the website address in trusted site list Only if you have confidence about that particular website.

I'm getting this error but it still lets me connect to
Youtube
Roblox Browser
Ebay
Soundcloud
Every other website on the whole internet otherwise comes up with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR On EVERY Browser on the whole PC totaling 7 browsers.
I tried everything in this video and the problem is still happening, if anyone could help that would be amazing since I'm having a rough week and I need to access other websites except for these, and in my whole 5 years of working in IT I have never seen this wide spread across every single browser on the whole machine. And yes the date and time is correct, although incorrect date errors codes
are more like
err_net_authority_Invalid orat least from my experience and are
Nothing to do with the SSL Certificate. So I got no idea at all, and the fact it happened on my personal PC is just overly frustrating as I need to access something important next week.
