A spectrum analyzer is one of the basic instruments which you may find in every laboratory. It is used to analyze the spectrum of a signal. This video is an addition to the video on the EMI receiver and clarifies the main differences between the two measuring devices. In the lab, the use of the most basic functions is then demonstrated.

Thanks a lot, I have a question? When you say that the SA is sweapping countinously, then in the output files, what are the frequencies? fmin+span/(*N)? if yes that would mean that there is a step in frequency??
