Summary:
1st Excalibur Beam: Skirt Movement was pretty stiff, there isn't anything after the "EXUCARIBAH!!!"
2nd Excalibur Beam: Wind pressure from the sword, the skirt movement is more fluent and moves a lot. The beam now comes from the sword's blade itself rather than it shooting from the point of the blade. It now has something after the "EXUCARIBAH!!!"
3rd Excalibur Beam: Skirt Movement is fluid and it doesn't move as much. The sword slowly emanates light particles. There's a zoom up on the face, the body doesn't feel stiff. It actually shows the part where the sword charges up instead of just directly going to the "EXUCARIBAH!!!" There's two separate scenes, one where she's holding her sword up, and the other where she shot the beam already. The scene after the "EXUCARIBAH!!!" now has an opening wind pressure wall before the beam is fully clear, the beam is extremely bright and is much thicker than the 2nd Excalibur Beam.

The first one wasn't even properly animated. Artoria's hand position while holding the sword was weird. Kind of sad that the game had that little input behind the animation works back in 2015.
