Most of the things to be done by Pm are supposed to be supported by other practical teams like planning, construction, procurement, contract team, and so on. Don't think PM can do all these work but have to consider the role of PM is like organizer .

Change management should be managing and implementing changes (scope, requirements, cost, timeline etc) in the project doing an impact analysis and planning for implementation execution from req to design to code to test … based on where your project is…… handing over is different from change management

Q.1 -- Project to create an online English language course for middle grade (14-16 years) students. Identify budget level and time span of project, identify textbooks, bring teachers onboard, find an IT expert, identify software, brainstorming, identify team roles, lesson planning, reviewing content, corrections, curating material and videos online, testing online content, producing beta version, then presenting to client -- feedback from team ongoing, reporting to client before ordering software, after beta version and final phase. Launch. Keep control of budget, tasks and resources.
