So, for anyone who's curious about what's happening here, in Doctor Who there is a species called the Vashta Nerada that are carnivorous microscopic creatures or "Piranhas of the Air" who stay and travel within the dark. So what happened is that a swarm of unusually agressive Vashta Narada was able to get into into the shadow of the poor guy's suit and picked him clean to his bones in under a few seconds

If you have the Wild Wasteland trait in Fallout: New Vegas during the Old World Blues DLC you will sometimes hear the Y-17 Trauma Override Harnesses say, "Hey, who turned out the lights!?" Which is most certainly referring to this scene.

The noise the Vashta Narada make whilst devouring his body is extremely unsettling to me. It's the mixture of a rapidly moving swarm and bits of flesh being torn off. Absolutely nerve racking.
