I hate OSHA as much as the next guy, but you should really wear gloves, at least. A respirator with an acid gas vapor cartridge isn't a bad idea either if your working with HCl acid often.

Damn. I use like 1/4 gal acid to 4 gal water

Need to douche it with water many times or the acid that soaked into the concrete will keep eating away at it causing it to become very brittle
