I can tell you the story when I had a skinwalker encounter. It was when I was five in a rural area, me and my brother decided to go camping in our local woods. It was scary at first but I got used to it because I was with my brother. Night came and it started to get dark. I was super afraid that something will jump and eat us but we last the night. We just had 2 more days surviving in the woods.
