Lighting Control – Set multiple ON/OFF settings for your lights or appliances throughout the week – up to 7 individual weekly programs, and it is compatible with LED, CFL and incandescent bulbs
Sun Smart Technology – The timer will auto-adjust to sunset/sunrise times and Daylight-Saving Time throughout the year for easy programming, and it also features a vacation setting to help deter crime when you are away
In-Wall Timer – With the easy-to-install direct wire, the timer replaces a standard wall switch, fits in a single or multi-gang rocker plate, can be used in single-pole or 3-way installation and includes white and light almost faceplates – NEUTRAL WIRE REQUIRED
Additional Features – Timer features a backup battery to maintain settings in the event of a power outage, the easy-to-read LCD display makes programming simple and door also functions as a convenient ON/OFF override push-button

Great, easy to use timer
This was a replacement for an older model. The older model's internal battery was dead, and we have enough power outages that I decided to replace it. The buttons on this model were bigger than the previous model so I didn't have to come up with a pointer, usually a pen or pencil, to reset the settings. Same inteface and programming, though it's blue now instead of green backlit. I liked the blue over the green. Been running a week with no issues. The previous one ran 9-10 years. We use it to turn on/off the porch light as we're in an area where there's not a lot of street lighting, so the community keeps their porch lights on to light the street. This saves us money as we don't have to remember to turn the lights on/off. Great little switch that fits right in the same space a regular light switch. Wiring is easy if you follow the directrions. Even follows Daylight Savings time! I have another one I use for the Christmas lights switch.
