Nice ad. Too bad there's no information available on how to get it to work. I set the clock for current time 9:22 pm, set the timer for when I wanted it on (5 pm) and off (11 pm), plugged in the appliance, plugged the timer into the wall. Guess what, the appliance didn't turn on, even though it was within the period when it should be on according to my settings. Any instruction on the package as to exactly how to get this to work? MINIMAL - AND I FOLLOWED IT TO THE LETTER. Anything available online? ONLT FOR THE WIRELESS VERSION BUT THIS ISN'T WIRELESS. Anyway help on the plug-in variety? ABSOLUTELY NONE. Do I I conclude that this product works? NO.

I concur, waste of money!!! I set the time, put in the time on and time off. It never turns the lights on, ever!

I got a toothpick and pushed the reset button, little square with "r" on it, lower right side on the front of the unit, for the MyTouchSmart Indoor Plug-In Simple Set Digital Timer. It worked fine after that.

I agree. Doesn’t work at any setting and I did a hard reset 2 times to try and clear any memory

it does not work. can't figure out for the life of me why it won't turn on at the selected time. i've tested 2 different products on different outlets and light switches

How do you turn it off when not in use? Turn it off after unplugging it from the wall? Thanks!

What a piece of crap. Waste of money. I plugged it in and the unit is dead. No clock or numbers show up on the screen.
