What do you do if you don't have a green/ground wire in the existing box? There was a previous timer that didn't need/use a ground.

Does the neutral wire go in to the traveler port?

When I have installed two of the timers on seperate curcuits ( same panel), but when I have the first one installed ( it is working fine) then install the second timer the first one stops working. It knocks out the first one completely to a point that it doesn't work at all ( I need to send it back). I have had a electrician look at this and
all the wiring is correct. What is making this happen? can I only use one of these in the house? Thanks

I think I got everything correct as instructed. All working ok except my on/off switch when turn on everything blinks light 💡 included. What am I doing wrong?

I have installed, pressed the reset. display came to 00:00 set the time. Set on time and off time, LED's did not light, pressed manual on and light did not come on. Check power supply with meter and power is coming into device. What is wrong ?

My on/off times and programs have worked correctly for some time. Now the My on times will not light blue or respond to programed My on time for connected light. The My off lights and the manual on-off blue lights work properly. I have reset and reprogrammed but My on time blue lights do not come on.

so i'm pretty good with home wiring.... service box doesn't have a ground... is that a requirement ? Secondly -- wired everything up line (hot) and load (to fixture) .. neutral to switch and then terminate with all other neutrals .. nothing nno LED's manual not working... I know which black is the hot ... what could possible be wrong ?

I set the on and off times but the "ON" light stays on. If I press off the lights go out. Is the On light supposed to be on during a cycle when times are set?
