I like Ms Chalice being part of the bad ending because she actually had something to gain from the devil. With Cuphead and Mugman it's not super clear why they would become a lackey at the last minute- money and power, I GUESS. But Ms Chalice wanted a physical form so she could live again. And the devil gave her exactly that. And she looks so twistedly overjoyed despite being corrupted, broken, and enslaved

It's a really nice touch they added Ms. Chalice as part of the "Devil" Ending, though.

Damn evil Chalice looks way more fucked up than evil Cuphead and Mugman.
Cuphead just got a bit of damage to his straw.
Mugman's straw got bent a bit and his handle got broken.
Chalice straight up got the works. Her straw is damaged, one of her handles is broken, part of her head got chipped off, and she has a massive crack in her head. She really got put through the wringer by the Devil.
