a few points:

The area on each island you have to run in circles around is quite specific you may need to reposition yourself several times before you find it.

wishes only last until the next time you beat a level, unless you have completed the game on regular.

If you have beaten the game, wishes become infinite on simple and regular mode

if you haven't beaten the game yet, you only get three wishes, one per island, use them wisely!

Note!!!: "If you are using this, the maximum rank is B+ you will not able to get A + before beating the game it will only give you 3 wishes, after beating the game, it will give you infinite wishes but you can't get A rank

Fun fact: if you die to djimmi the great with this game djimmi boost it will give you a special death message saying: “you foolish cups could, t beat me even with my wishes free”

btw you don't need the 2 hearts to activate the genie. only if you want 9 hearts.

simply to activate him, you need to spin like this for couple of seconds Left, Up, Right, Down and repeat. The reason for some people it does not work is that you don't press the arrows in a certain order but just pressing than randomly.

I’m pretty sure you can only do this three times until you beat the game but the first time I found this I was just walking in circles and accidentally found this

Wow this is way easier then how I did it, I battled king dice with the heart ring and got all the extra lives from the bosses and took no damage throughout the fight, wish I knew this before I tried to do that.
