I gotta say i think the reason chef saltbaker seems more evil than the devil is because you can actually see him being cruel to the objects in the background of his fight. The devil just kind of sits there just vibing. Maybe the devil was originally supposed to have something similar to saltbakers fight but the devs ran out of time?

I felt bad for all the poor ingredients we've gathered being sliced, pounded and diced and being used against us. Specially for the big sugar cube that looks like the Stay Puft villain from ghostbusters and the crate with the gnome berries.

I love how on the boosfight you can see saltbakers's body straight up dead on the background of the final phases but then after defeating him he's there like nothing happened

The credits being in an old E.C. Segar comic style is very complimentary to the game's 1930's cartoon style, and I love every damn frame of it

I know the Devil in this game is supposed to be more scary but I feel like Saltbaker is more scary. It gives me more uncanny vibes especially the design and his attacks he does

I had a feeling right from the first trailer, that guy was going to turn out evil

is nobody going to talk about how this dude basically became a dead glass body into the background at 2:44
but then hes just back to normal again at in the next cut scene
Am i not wrong?? How did he come back as a glass person keeping
the same shape and structure if that dude had his whole top of his head broken off.
