Tips for running away:
-Don't show ur face on vids
-Go far away from your town or city to not get caught
-Bring money (ALOT)
-Don't use credit card. CASH ONLY
-Bring FOOD
-Turn off location.
-If you have parental control on ur phone, buy another phone.
-If you have a friend with you, share the food equally
-Change your name(First and last)
-Don't trust anyone thats friends with your parents
-Bring only NESSECARY things only

If you wanna do this, don't. A friend of mine "ran away" from her mentally abusive household while her parents were fighting. She ended up getting beat up by a group of older boys, ending up in the hospital for days. It's not worth the risk.


EDIT: Okay, so, I do understand that stuff at home may be dangerous and you need to leave. Here's how to do it safely. Make sure you have SOMONE with you or that you can be in contact with. That's very important to not be alone. Bring things like weapons and such as self defense and make sure you know how to use them right. Make sure you bring ESSENTIALS like snacks, money, water (Not sodas and such, make sure you have water before all else, THEN start getting your sodas and such.) Clothes, jackets, ect. Make sure you know where to go and what you're doing. Be prepared and know how to fight before you go because that could save you if you did happen to run into some bad people. Make sure if you can that there's somone you can shelter with (ex: friend or family member.) And explain the situation to them. Make sure it's somone you TRUST and who will understand the situation. If you're going to because you have to (ex: your home is a dangerous place and you're family is toxic, ect ect.) Then that's okay. Just be safe and do what's best for YOU. If you need to leave then DO IT if you know your life is in danger and you need to leave. Have a good day .

Hiiii Im Rowdy and I have ran away for 3 weeks one time and came back :3
I wanted to give u guys some tips of what to bring n what to expect ! If youre going for 2-3 weeks like I did, then you should definitely pack a full bag ! :)

1. Water, juice, drinks (Water is recommended because hydration especially if you're going out in hot weather)
2. deodorant
3. phone (if u have one)
4. tent/sleeping bag if you have one
5. If you don't have a tent or a sleeping bag then you should bag some pillows, blankets, stuffed animals. (This is especially recommended if youre going out in cold weather.)
6. For food, bring fruit, something with protein, snacks, or something you want :3
7. bring something to entertain u with. Like your toys, or something fun.
8. you dont have to bring a friend/family member but it's highly recommended
9. BE CAREFUL!! Stay avoidant of weirdos or creeps :( (not a radiohead reference)

clothes:
10. if its cold bring tons of: jackets, shoes, socks, hats/toboggins, gloves, scarfs, sweaters, sweatpants/shirts, pants (btw you should bring some clothes for other weather as well just incase it switches up)
11. If its hot, bring tank tops, shorts, skirts (if u wear them), flip-flops, hats, short-sleeved shirts

sleeping:
12: sleep in places you feel safe. I personally would feel the safest in a place that's warm/tight (like under a tree or bench)
13: make sure no one can snatch u up
14: wrap up in blankets and cuddle with plushies/someone you brought with you .
