About this 25 Min Stress Melter Yoga Class
Leave the stress behind! This 25 min yoga class will soothe your nervous system and calm your busy mind with slow, mindful movement. This is a full-body yoga for stress flow that focuses on gentle, healing movements, deep breathing, and creating joy in the present moment (we have so much to be joyful for). We’ll move slowly, stretch deeply, and stay connected to the breath, leaving you feeling peaceful and balanced.
📣 Sweet Bonus: We’ll start this class with a calming self-massage, helping you shift from your head into your body. It’s one of my favorite ways to start to settle the mind.
