This is an intermediate 60min Total Body Barre Workout. This class is perfect for when you want to work up a sweat and feel the burn in your whole body.
You will need:
- a chair or a kitchen counter - to act as a stabilising surface
- weights (or water bottles/cans)
- a blanket - for padding under the knees
- a block (or a ball/pillow/rolled-up towel) - to squeeze between your thighs
