My favourite part about this video is, as the host mentions, all the owners who are present at their restaurants and are always pouring so much love and attention into what is being cooked and served to the patrons. They make it a point to personally explain the dish and the history behind it. They are all so delighted to see their food is being loved and enjoyed. That emotion is so pure and infectious!! This is the India that I love and grew up in. A multi-cultural melting pot <3
