Malva pudding in an Instantpot!

Is it Malva pudding weather yet? I simply adore the recipe from Food with Flair and I had to try to adapt it for the @instantpotsa 😍😍

Malva Pudding
Bowl one:
1 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup cake wheat flour (all purpose)
Pinch of salt
Bowl two:
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
1 heaped tblsp softened apricot jam
Combine then add:
1 cup milk
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp vinegar
1 tblsp melted butter
Whisk.

Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and combine well. Pour into a greased baking dish, cover with foil and bake in your InstantPot on the Cake function for 40 minutes on low pressure, let it NPR.

Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1 tub ideal milk (or 250ml fresh cream)
1/2 cup hot water
60g butter
Boil and pour over your warm cake.

Once fully soaked, serve with ice cream and hot custard.
