Malva Pudding Easy Recipe

Cake:

2 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tap baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/3 C butter
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 C eva milk
3 tbs apricot jam
1 tbs vinegar
Sauce:
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C eva milk
1/2 C water
1 C brown sugar
3 Tbs apricot jam

Method.
Add in a bowl, the flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl mix 1/3 C butter and 1 C brown sugar.

When all combined mix in one egg and then the other.

Add the flour mixture and pour in 1 1/2 C eva milk 3 tbs apricot jam and 1 tbs vinegar.

Fold until all combined.

Pour in an oven dish and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes (until knife comes out clean). Add the sauce ingredients in a pot and cook until it starts to bubble.

Take off heat (or it will start to curdle). Pour over the Malva Pudding and serve with custard.
