Hey guys welcome back to my YouTube channel, this week I show you guys my malva pudding recipe that I picked up while working in Singita.

Malva Pudding:

Flour 2 cups
Baking powder 2tsp
Baking soda 2tsp

Sugar 2 cups
Salt pinch

Eggs 2 each
Vinegar 2TBSP
Vanilla 2tsp
Apricot jam 2tsp

Milk 2cups
Butter 2TBSP

Place the milk, butter and jam in a saucepan and heat till it comes to a boil.
Combine all your dry ingredients.
Add your eggs, vanilla and vinegar to your dry ingredients.
Add your milk mixture and combine till smooth, do not over mix.
Pour into baking vessel and bake at 350F(165C) till golden brown and cooked right through.

TOFFEE
Milk 2cups
Cream 2cups
Sugar 1 cup
Butter ½ cup
Apricot jam ½ cup

Combine all these ingredients into a pot and let it boil 3 times.

Serve your Malva hot or cold with ice cream and custard.

Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. You said in the recipe let the sauce ingredients boil 3 times. Did you mean 3 minutes?
