Classic Germany car in Greece

I' m in Greece, and many times I've walked past this car, so I was thinking, maybe it is time to show it.
I dont anything about the owner, or the car. (or Opel for that matter :- )
But one thing is for sure, it's been standing in the same spot, for many years now.
