Really needed this today...lots going on, I'm packing & purging 30 years worth of my life to move from BC Canada to go back home to Ontario also leaving a job that I've been at for 12 years so lots going on, but it's definitely time and although it can be scary I'm also excited to be finally going home...it's well overdue😀

Been dealing with extra high anxiety lately (on a clinical level). Thanks for these simple reminders. It’s easy for me to center myself and meditate when I’m in a good mood. It seems almost impossible when I have high anxiety or when I’m frustrated.
