-Creator often provides e-mail address, phone number or even Facebook so you can contact them
-Beautiful graphics design (and English typos)
-More themes (but most of them are ugly), annoying sounds and "fancy" wallpapers (with or without Arabic text or mod/creator name)
-Creator name (some mods have his face) is everywhere in the system
-Tend to mimic newer Windows versions (like Windows Vista, Windows 7), Windows Longhorn or other OSes (Mac OS X, Linux) by having icons, brandings, themes or wallpaper
