That last bit meant more to me than the whole interview.

When she said that he demonstrated, with a folded napkin representing a triangle, that most people think of themselves as being on the top after so many years, but he sees himself at the bottom or the tip, with so many people on his shoulders that he is supporting, really shows his Integrity.

I have loved him since the first time I saw Iron Chef Japan in the 90s, but I love him even more knowing he has retained his humility.

When I was young I watched Iron Chef dubed on food network in the late 90s. I always admired him and just he’s such a kind man. 💫 I hope one day to eat at his restaurant.

What a true gentle man and gentleman. I pray his wife loves and treats him very well. What a gift to this Earth he is.

Morimoto is a legend. Plus he's been able to cook for the President and not to mention battle the Ohta Faction! Now if there is one thing he can help America with just one more time is Battle Asian Carp! We need to eat those invasive fish.
