Now I loved this down-to-earth talk with Mr. Masaharu Morimoto. He was one of the O.G. Iron Chefs (still is) with Chen Kenichi, Hiroyuki Sakai, Junichi Itoh and more. Iron Chef is very much a big part of my childhood, wow.. many late nights, bundling up to watch the legendary competition in Kitchen Stadium. Loved this little recount of his past and homeliness.
