Thanks. All I did was take my existing ip address and modified it changing the last 6 numbers till I maxed it out. Gained 30.24 mb/s. Example Preferred 123.20.10.1 / Alternate 123.20.20.20.

I hope you know that DNS servers have nothing to do with speed. DNS (Domain Name Service) is responsible for translating URLs such as (google.com) into IP addresses such as (74.125.21.91). Try it yourself and you will see that that ip will take you to google. Your ISP sets a limit on the bandwidth (speed) allowed per second, and must be increased by them.
