Im using a all Samsung system with Samsung Smartphone, Laptop, Headphones, Smartwatch and everything they have. Quick Share is just as good as Air Drop and the Galaxy Buds are also worthy to the Air Pods. All my Apps and APKs (what cou just can't do on IPhone) are working fine. And with Samsungs camera you have a full pro mode and also a Burst mode to shoot photos insanely fast. And the resell value from Samsung phones has changed conpletly. The 1y old S21 Ultra is still at or over 1000€

And there I haven't even mentioned the customization options on Samsung.

The only things I have to admit is that IPhones can take better night videos and the M1 is just a beast.

But aside from that, Samsung is just as good as Apple and sometimes even better and also *VERY MUCH* better that Googles Pixel just because you hve so many options to do almost everything.

I jumped from my galaxy Note 10 to the Iphone 13 pro and Pixel 6 pro for 4 months each and the galaxy S22 Ultra for one month now and Samsung just gave me the best software and now also the best Hardware experience for my personal use with heavy multitasking like splitscreen, controlling 2 different bluetooth devices, pop up window, S-pen and, and, and.

The 2 other softwares were simpler and *IN THE BEGINNING!!!* less troublesome, but they just felt like an immovable stone that you couldn't change.

I totally know how you feel about the Pixel's algorithm. It's always over sharpening the photos and ends up not looking natural.
I usually edit the RAW images that are fantastic but that takes some time.

I’m not happy with the degradation of my battery. I don’t play on my phone, I don’t do any editing/editing tasks. I hardly ever use it when it’s charging. I do charging cycles between 20 and 80%. I live in the north of France (so no big temperature). However, yes, I am at least 6 hours a day on my phone. I bought the iphone in January 2021, and I am at 93% battery condition, while according to Apple, the normal degradation is 3% / year. So I should be around 96-95% large maximum. Also no fast charge, only recharged with the 5W charger. Despite all my efforts, I do not understand that it drops so fast...

I disagree with the economic argument. Even an iphone deciphers and lowers prices severely. My iPhone 12 pro max bought 1379e in January 2021, I find it sold by individuals in very good condition, still under warranty for 800e. That is a decôte (drop in take) of almost 400e in 1 year and a half...

The Pixel 6 Pro camera freeze is maddening! I'm trying to take a series of quick shots, or even gapped out on time, and the camera button completely freezes and won't let me shoot. It sucks to have a new baby and miss shots because my phone can't keep up.

That's one of many reasons why I just bought an iPhone 14 Pro. Done with Google for a while.

Do you use top shot on the Google phone? It takes a bunch of pictures at once and you can choose which one you want to use.

Hey bro, where are you from because I saw pictures from Sofia, Bulgaria?:) p.s. I wanted to buy this phone but I'm still pissed off how many normal stuff from android world are missing here so I cannot switch. Starting from this ugly notch and 60Hz display (for so much money) and end up not having other way to unlock my phone besides that face ID, slow charging speed via lightning cable and some software issues like not having a pause button in the cam app and not having AOD...these are stuff that I have in my cheapr 3 years android phone...So I'm not sure how many years I should wait apple to fix that.. :(

Don't agree with:
9) I don't think the Gmail app crashes on Android like that I send emails literally every day from my phone, it has something to do with the Pixel 6 firmware
6) Android - Mac integration isn't that bad, you can use this app called KDE Connect on your Mac and Android and you are sorted. Even the file transfers are as good as Airdrop.

Agree with the rest of the points. Also, you never mentioned just how bad the Google Drive and Google photos background sync on iOS is.

Still, it's your preference after all!! So congrats for switching to an iPhone

I have to disagree with you in the camera area. Yes iPhones are really good phones, but google phones takes amazing photos and their cameras are by far one of the best out there. No doubt.

If i use an Android with a Windows laptop and then switching to iPhone, i will have the same issue because i can't use Link to Windows and Nearby Share with my iPhone so it's the same for AirDrop.

Why apple sucks? 1. Needs proprietary charger 2. Too much HDR 3. Can't play youtube in background 4. Cant use 3rd party browser engine. 5. Firefox plugins don't work 6. No notification light 7. Tiny battery 8. No support for the new RCS sms standard 9. No headphone jack 10. No ability to block ads in apps or youtube videos 11. No way to block adds in the browser. 12. If the processing in your photos like HDR, over sharpen etc is an issue - get an Xperia 1 iv, or any of the sony phones which aim to 'get in right in the lens' rather than using post-processing.

The problem with 99.99% of youtubers is that they are all videographers by profession and they review any tech product from that angle. Whereas 99.99% of the viewers are just normal people who want a phone which has an app drawer, good camera, call recording, T9 search etc. iPhones are very bad at any of the above features except may be the camera. Imagine testing an app which your small company has built, iPhones are a nightmare. I am a banker and i hate iPhones, they are just stupid due to the lack of the above mentioned basic features.
I hear this "airpods work so well with iPhone " from a lot of youtubers and that by definition is a wrong bias. Any other earphone like the Sony's which are better than the airpods work well with any modern android phone. Bluetooth 5 protocol is very very reliable.
Just waiting a few months wud easily give a 10 to 25% discount on android flagships and they are a really good deal at those prices, and from that price point they dnt drop in value after a year. Most youtubers just ignore many such facts and like robots tell the same iPhone glory all the time, may be cause thats a more appealing mantra.

This type of video is geared to the U.S. market where iPhone dominates about 53% of the market. Do what sells= more views=more money. Worldwide Android dominates 85-80% of the market. Let's all of us buy X brand of car because the other cars from Honda Fit to Rolls Roice aren't just good enough. Hahaha... There was Nokia.There was Blackberry. There was iPhone. No more real innovation, mostly catching up at a high price. The best thing of iPhones is its marketing, creating proud and loyal fans. That I love.
