Dr. First is a pediatric hospitalist at the University of Vermont Children's Hospital and a professor and chair of the department of pediatrics at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT. Dr. First also serves as the chief of pediatrics at the University of Vermont Children's Hospital.
