Gold Medal CUSTOM HOME GYM | Thrower's Paradise

It's about to reach three years in the barn and I figured it's about time to show you all what I've put together. Check out the facility that I trained in for my last Gold Medal at the Olympics. Started from an empty barn with concrete floors to what it is now. Still a few pieces left to make it perfect, but it's become quite the thrower's paradise. Right in my backyard.

I think it was just yesterday that I put a comment on an older video asking if anyone knew how to set up that ball catching tarp creation. What nice timing! If this gets read, I don’t suppose you could share some more detailed looks on that so I can get a better idea of how to build out the structure. I guess it is essentially a big box… but I would appreciate some more views of the framing
