I don't know who taught this Fellow how to wear a watch, but, He needs to get His "expertise" from another source. I AM NOT wearing a watch above My wristbone where the bloody thing tightens every time I move My hand or wrist and You obviously wouldn't be able to wear it too comfortably as such in a tactical situation/in most shirts with long sleeves.
