Her play through was the first I ever watched once I finished the game myself and I genuinely hope she’s doing well because I know she was struggling a lot with mental health and comments and stuff towards the end of the play through. I’ve watched a few playthroughs where they talked through all the emotional cutscenes. Don’t talk over Arthur saying ‘I’m afraid’, don’t talk over Tilly saying ‘I’ll miss…’ and don’t talk over Arthur saying goodbye to Sadie and Abigail. One of the reasons why Adum from YMS didn’t enjoy the game is probably because he was joking with Scoot all the way through all the cutscenes.

Rockstar's writing of Arthur Morgan is unbeatable. Throughout my whole childhood my dad told me that real men don't cry, I listened to him, prevented myself from crying my whole life, even when we had to drive him to the ER only to watch him die shortly after, I stared at my old man in the coffin and I made sure I wouldn't cry to make him proud, and yet, all of that considered, the events of Chapter 6 made me sob, could be the tears I bottled up through the years, maybe waiting for a release, but in the end the only thing that has ever made me truly bawl my eyes out was this game, which is something that will be forever engraved in my brain.

I wrote a essay about this game when I was in college for Policing, and the assignment was “what makes a hero” and at first I struggled with the topic bc even though I want to be a hero myself (as a policeman) I didn’t know what it meant to be a hero. During the time period before the essay was due I came across this cut scene (as I had high honour) and listening to Arthur talk about his life and emotions and in doing so even though he has run into many problems and despite all the bad things he has done, he still finds the courage within him to help someone in need. And the sister sees this within him and you can tell after sister tells him “I don’t believe in much either but when she sees someone like him, it all makes sense” implying that despite his internal struggles and on going problems with the gang he still makes an effort to be someone’s hero.

After reviewing this cutscene I came to realize that a hero isn’t someone who has god like powers to help humanity but rather a hero is a someone who doesn’t give up and therefore puts aside their struggles and internal conflict to help someone who needs it most.

People didn't realise that she was one of the missions the Strange Man gave to John. This encounter shows Arthur was going to die, but he was given the chance of redemption with a honest and truthful answer; I am afraid
