Great tutorial! One question, which spade connector did you use to go on the volume pot? (product link) I cannot find one like this. Could I just cut off the connector and solder the right wire to the right lug/ground and the left wire to the center lug?

My buddy purchased an EMG81 but wants to keep the single coil passive in the neck position. 1 volume, 1 tone with a 5 way switch...is there a video or wiring diagram for this setup? If anyone has 1 please let me know! Cheers!

With this modification we will only use three of the five switch positions?

I'm trying to put a Active EMG in my bridge position. But want to keep my original passive pick up in the neck position.. could I just keep those wires connected to my toggle switch and then connect that to the soderless bus?

The signal path is from EXG to SPC? Isn't it the other way round in the DG-20 set?
And what's the input impedance of the SPC?

Those two pins are not included with the package, bought a few spc and exg and none of them have that pin for the solder less mod.

Would have been nice to first tell the viewer - WTF is this thing SPC and EXG . and why whould i want them.. Just saying SPC = Signal path complicator?
