Don’t have a soldering iron? Swapping out your pickups will no longer be a problem with EMG’s solderless 57/66 pickups. Just grab yourself some basic household tools, scotch tape, and a marker and you’ve got yourself a new pair of pickups. Easy to install, every pickup should have solderless installs, as for them getting loose, have never had that in my years of use. It's actually better because you don't have to worry about solder skills. If you ever want to swap to another set unplug and plug in a new set.

Since all pots, wires etc are coming in the box, do we need to remove all existing electronics? I mean does the box contain all required electronics?

Just got some for a bass....but the wire holes on mine are so tiny there's no way to get the EMG wires through the holes without drilling. Kinda sucks. EMG wires come with the connectors on them, which is cool...but.

What if I have a switch but there’s no wires. Are there cords in the emg kit that I could strip and solder to it??

Just bought one of these quick connect sets for a pair of EMG HZ pickups I had lying around. Interesting - the kit did NOT come with a 3-toggle switch. This video didn't even address that, nor did the two I watched yesterday - directly from EMG. That's something you could've addressed and then told people about your workaround.
