I am doing it! I just started weights a month ago learning protein and I lost fat very pounds and I am getting so strong I am amazed. I am now almost a size 4.😊

How do we choose whom to believe??? I've just watched a video of a doctor who's saying that fat will cure your hormone and inflammation etc etc. Why not invite people to your shows who contradict you and have a debate so that general public could make some sence of this overwhelming information tsunami? Or invite two people contracdincting each other and let them debate.
One says - intermittent fasting is the answer to all you problems!! Another - fasting is extremely bad for you!!! Etc etc. I'm so fed up.. Wasting our time all of them!!!

I'm curious why lean? When I was recovering from chronically High cortisol levels, I ate a lot of fatty red meats, dairy products and butter and they helped me heal my hormones and calm my brain

yes real food, and mono unsaturated fat foods, those fat containing things like avacado and sardines! (and meat). I eat a load of dairy and eggs and meat and fish and avocados, I seem to be ageing in reverse. Love Dr Lyon!!!

What about salmon? It’s my primary protein source, but I eat red and white meat, too. And eggs. And dairy. And nutritional yeast. I guess I eat a lot.

"Real food"??? So then does it have to be Real food - is the whole cow or a pig or a chicken, with all the fat it's got! Same for dairy etc.
And how then protein shakes are real??? Do they exist in nature??? Or supplements? All those electrolyte drinks they advertise and other stuff...

Lean white meats are high in lineolic acid leading to insulin resistance. Fats and cholesterol are needed to make sex hormones. It is not so simple.

Have been drinking 1 litre of milk and having at least 300 g of chicken every day for years now, alongside 2 large servings of green vegetables, of course. Getting better results than ever.

Too much animal protein and nothing else much makes u get older faster. I am no scientist but have seen people around me getting older looking much faster, like this woman. She looks tired anf haggard. Eat everything in moderation, including some natural complex carbs snx lots of veggies, beans etc and some fat too.
