The specific volume of water and water vapour mixture will always remain constant inside the pressure cooker. So I think that the dotted line will be a vertical straight line.

Why we have not taken it to be a constant volume process after steam formation takes place till the pressure inside cooker reaches that designed pressure??

time and fuel efficiency of pressure cooker are required so how much heat we giving and boiling temperature of water from room temperature at sea level to himalaya region

if water does not start boiling then how come your points are inside the dome??
i think the points will be along the saturation curve, not inside the dome. Along the dome will be correct .

in india it's already done like with pressure cooker coffee maker are made just by putting a tube in top of pressure cooker from which steam coming out and cheapest coffee maker are made

if we put extra pressure from outside in pressure cooker by tyre method like a nozzle fitted in pressure cooker so we input this pressure by hand powered pump
then will less fuel required?
