Excellent Excellent swing, from start to finish. Can smoothly take deep both the high n in plus the high n away pitches.
Lower her hands from the get go, since doesn't need that hands up / elbow up compensation that all the rest have to employ just to be able to get on top of a high pitch.

bc when i swing i swing and let go with one of my hands like idk how to explain it but i cannot stop doing it it has become a really bad habit so any tips would be appreciated 😭

Its pretty because she swings like a baseball player rather than the throw the bat/barrel/hands/knob etc nonsense they teach most softballers.
